GDPR compliance

Funnelforms is GDPR-compliant in accordance with current, Europe-wide data protection laws. No data is stored on external servers, all leads and customer data are stored solely on your web server. Please make sure that your web host is also GDPR-compliant and that you have a data processing agreement.

On this website, we use the “Funnelforms Plugin” (https://en.funnelforms.io/) for our online marketing activities to collect personal and non-personal data. The Funnelforms plugin is operated independently on our own web server. No personal data is transferred to the provider “Funnelforms” or stored on third-party servers.

To make your forms GDPR-compliant, make sure to include a checkbox in your contact form at the end of each form in which you refer to the privacy policy and confirm your acceptance of it:

In the privacy policy, it should be clear to your visitors what happens to their data after they submit the forms on the website. If you have connected other tools, list these too (Zapier, email marketing, CRM, etc.).
