In addition to the dashboard, where you can obtain general statistics on all recorded data, you can find more detailed information on form submissions in the “Leads” menu item:
All submissions appear here in an overview. At the top right next to “Select form” you can see which form is currently selected for the lead overview. If several forms have been created, clicking on them will open a drop-down menu in which you can select the relevant form and then see the associated leads and data.
Functions
Search: At the top, approximately in the middle of the lead table, you will see a search field. Here you can search for any data that has been entered in the respective form. This can be, for example, a name, telephone number or e-mail address. By clicking on the adjacent “Search” button, the entries are filtered according to the input.
Export CSV file: You have the option of exporting your leads including all data in CSV format for further processing. To do this, you can select either all or individual leads in the table on the left with a tick. Then click on the “Export CSV file” button at the top right and the data will be downloaded.
View details: To view all the information received about the lead that may not be included or hidden in the columns, simply click on “Details” for the respective lead. A complete list of all contact details and responses will then appear here.
In the detailed overview of the lead, links to files such as documents, images and the like that were uploaded via the file upload will also appear if this was used.
