Updated 2026-10-211 min read

Funnelforms is GDPR-compliant in accordance with current, Europe-wide data protection laws. No data is stored on external servers, all leads and customer data are stored solely on your web server. Please make sure that your web host is also GDPR-compliant and that you have a data processing agreement.

You can use a ready-made paragraph from us for your privacy policy:

Funnelforms Plugin

On this website, we use the “Funnelforms Plugin” (<https://en.funnelforms.io/>) for our online marketing activities to collect personal and non-personal data. The Funnelforms plugin is operated independently on our own web server. No personal data is transferred to the provider “Funnelforms” or stored on third-party servers.

More information on the data protection provisions (<https://en.funnelforms.io/privacy-policy>)

To make your forms GDPR-compliant, make sure to include a checkbox in your contact form at the end of each form in which you refer to the privacy policy and confirm your acceptance of it:

Contact form editor: privacy checkbox selected, text with a link to the privacy policy on the right

In the privacy policy, it should be clear to your visitors what happens to their data after they submit the forms on the website. If you have connected other tools, list these too (Zapier, email marketing, CRM, etc.).

Note: We cannot provide legal advice on data protection issues, please consult a lawyer if you are unsure.
