This article was based on the legacy WordPress member area (member.funnelforms.io) and no longer applies to the current Funnelforms SaaS app. Invoices, payment method and cancellation are now handled directly inside the product under Profile → Billing.

In short

The payment provider is Paddle — invoices are issued directly by Paddle.
All PDF invoices live under Profile → Billing → Transaction history.
After every successful charge an invoice is additionally emailed to the address on file.

Manage subscription & invoicesUnder Billing you see your current plan, your payment method and your transaction history. You change your payment method here, download invoices, or cancel your subscription.
CancellationCancelling ends your Funnelforms subscription at the end of the currently paid period. All features and limits stay available until then — afterwards your account drops back to the Free limits. The whole flow runs directly from inside Funnelforms via Paddle.
Change payment methodChange your payment method for your active Funnelforms Pro license. Available payment methods are credit card and PayPal.
