- Overview: Settings & AdministrationUnder Settings you manage your entire Funnelforms account: your personal data, your company, your plan and billing, your domains, your media library and more. This overview shows you what each area does, so you can find the right place quickly.
- Import forms from WordPressThe WordPress import lets you move existing Funnelforms/AF2 forms from your WordPress site into your Funnelforms SaaS account – including questions, order, conditions (where compatible) and uploaded images. The import is a one-off operation per form; further changes are done in the SaaS editor.
- Manage allowed domainsFunnelforms only loads your forms on domains you have approved in your account beforehand. This prevents embed codes from being misused on third-party sites and keeps you in control of where your forms appear.
- Manage subscription & invoicesUnder Billing you see your current plan, your payment method and your transaction history. You change your payment method here, download invoices, or cancel your subscription.
- Managing company dataThe Company tab stores the billing and tax details of your business. These values appear on every invoice Funnelforms generates for you through Paddle and drive the correct VAT treatment. Enter the data before your first purchase – already issued invoices cannot be corrected retroactively.
- Media Library: manage your images and filesThe Media Library is your central place for images used in Funnelforms: logos, backgrounds, images inside answer options, avatars, and more. Once uploaded, every file can be reused across any number of forms – no re-upload, no duplicate storage usage.
- Partner Program: become a Funnelforms partnerThe Funnelforms Partner Program rewards you for recommending Funnelforms. For every customer who signs up through your personal referral link you earn a 30 % lifetime commission on every payment they make – month after month, for as long as they keep paying.
- Personal profile: name, email, password & 2FAIn the Account area you manage all personal data of your Funnelforms login: your name, email, password and two-factor authentication (2FA) for extra protection. Changes take effect immediately across your whole account.
- Projects/Pages: organize forms in foldersProjects are color-coded folders that group forms and pages inside your Funnelforms account. They help you keep large libraries (multiple clients, brands or campaigns) organized – without duplicating or moving the forms themselves.
- Submit feature suggestions and read the changelogInside your Funnelforms profile you can submit your own feature requests, vote on suggestions from other users and read the public changelog with all platform updates. This lets your voice flow directly into our roadmap and keeps you in the loop on new functions, improvements and bug fixes.
